2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

3. Service Scope

The final scope of every project will be based on the approved quotation or proposal shared with the client.

Any feature, functionality, or page not included in the approved proposal will be treated as additional work and may involve additional charges.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

Our standard payment structure is:

• 50% Advance Payment before the project begins.
• 50% Final Payment before the website goes live or is handed over.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work will begin only after the advance payment has been received.

5. Project Timeline

Estimated development timelines are:

These timelines may vary depending on:

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide:

• Business information
• Logo
• Images
• Website content
• Contact details
• Required approvals
• Domain or hosting access (if applicable)

Delays in providing the above information may extend the project delivery timeline.

7. Revisions

Minor revisions included within the selected package will be completed without additional charges.

Requests involving major redesigns, additional pages, new functionality, or changes beyond the approved scope may require additional fees.

8. Domain & Hosting

If requested, GridNest can assist clients with purchasing or configuring:

• Domain Names
• Web Hosting
• SSL Certificates
• Business Email Setup

Unless explicitly mentioned in the quotation, domain registration, hosting renewals, email services, and other third-party subscription fees are not included in the project price.

9. Third-Party Services

Some projects may include integration with third-party platforms such as:

• Google Maps
• Google Reviews
• WhatsApp
• Booking Engines
• Google Analytics
• Social Media Platforms

GridNest is responsible for configuring these integrations where applicable. However, we are not responsible for changes, outages, pricing updates, API limitations, or policy changes made by these third-party providers.

10. Website Content

The client is responsible for providing lawful and accurate content, including:

• Text
• Images
• Videos
• Logos
• Documents

The client confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use all submitted content.

GridNest shall not be held responsible for copyright infringement resulting from materials provided by the client.

11. Intellectual Property

Until the project is fully paid, all design concepts, source code, graphics, and development work remain the property of GridNest Web Solutions.

Upon receipt of the final payment, ownership of the completed website will be transferred to the client, except for:

• Licensed third-party assets
• Premium plugins
• Stock resources requiring separate licenses
• Proprietary internal development tools

12. Website Delivery

The website will be considered delivered when any one of the following occurs:

• Website is deployed on the client's domain.
• Website is shared for final review.
• Client approves the final version.
• Final payment is requested after project completion.

13. Support

Support included with our packages:

Support includes:

• Minor bug fixes
• Technical assistance
• Basic guidance

Support does not include:

• New features
• Major redesigns
• Additional pages
• Third-party software issues
• Content updates beyond the agreed scope

Extended maintenance services may be available separately.

14. Website Maintenance

Regular maintenance, feature additions, content updates, SEO improvements, and future enhancements may require separate maintenance plans or additional charges unless specifically included in the project agreement.

15. Limitation of Liability

GridNest Web Solutions shall not be liable for any loss resulting from:

• Hosting downtime
• Domain expiration
• Third-party service interruptions
• Internet outages
• Cyber attacks
• Client-side modifications
• Data loss caused by external factors

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

16. Project Cancellation

Cancellation requests will be handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

17. Confidentiality

Both GridNest and the client agree to keep confidential information shared during the project private and not disclose it to unauthorised third parties unless required by law.

18. Changes to Services

GridNest reserves the right to improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice where necessary for operational, technical, or legal reasons.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
